Applications are also available in the Brooklyn Campus Library at the Circulation Desk (1st floor), the Reference Desk (1st floor), and in Multi-Media Services (lower level). Completed Application Form, Class Schedule and Resume (Graduate Students only) should be submitted in person at the Circulation Desk or mailed to:

- New Hire Application (PDF) (new hires only) – students not currently working at the libraries, or current library student employees who wish to work in a different department.
- Re-Hire Application (PDF) (re-hires only) – for students already working for the library who need to fill out updated information for the coming semester, and who do not want to change departments.

Though the Brooklyn Campus Library prefers to receive hard copy applications, students who are out of town and not able to come in before the stated deadline may attach completed forms to an email message.
